Installation fails

Use Python 3.10+ and pair qnbot-sdk-exo==1.0.0 with qnbot-sdk-core==1.4.0. Run python -m pip check for conflicts.

No device is found

Run discover_exos(), and ensure no desktop app or other process owns the port. With multiple devices connected, select an explicit port.

No data arrives

Confirm exo.start() was called, a runtime driver is still advancing, and the subscription remains alive. Then inspect get_device_info().capabilities.telemetry and device.health().

A control command fails

ExoControlError exposes kind, command, device_code, and detail. Check capabilities.haptics and use at least one strength in 0…100.

A handle is closed

Devices and channels cannot be reused after their parent Exo or Sdk closes. Create a new object tree.
