Enable diagnostics

Exo uses Core DebugConfig. Configure its level and output while constructing Sdk; see the configuration reference for shared fields.

Inspect both domain and device health while the program is running:

print(exo.health())
print(device.health())

Health contains ok, warning/error counts, and bounded diagnostic details. When reporting an issue, preserve the SDK version, architecture, port, full exception, and log lines around the first failure.
