Qnbot CLISDK & desktop app

SDK & desktop app

Hand the packages installed by the CLI to the SDK and Qnbot Studio while keeping one package ID.

SDK & desktop app

The CLI only installs algorithm packages on this machine. The SDK and the desktop app select packages through the same package ID, and the version never belongs in SDK configuration.

SDK: configure the package ID only

Put the package_id reported by qnbot algorithm list into the target algorithms:

from qnbot_sdk import TargetAlgorithm, TargetConfig

target_config = TargetConfig(
    algorithms=(TargetAlgorithm("<package-id>"),),
)

An already created Sdk does not hot-reload the package list, so recreate the Sdk after installing, upgrading, downgrading, or uninstalling.

See the Python SDK configuration reference for every field, or the C++ SDK configuration reference for the C++ equivalent.

Desktop app: package delivery and updates

Qnbot Studio downloads, checks, and updates algorithm packages in its own interface. For offline delivery the desktop app obtains the algorithm package ZIP or directory and hands it to the CLI, so the desktop app and the SDK use the same installed algorithm package.

After updating a package, restart the desktop app or recreate the corresponding SDK instance so the new version is loaded. See the Qnbot Studio desktop documentation.

Safety notes

Use only the get.qnbot.com stable entry points and official OTA downloads; do not switch to third-party mirrors. Tokens and App Key passwords stay in the local CLI configuration and must never be written into scripts, logs, or committed repositories.
